This is a contract (“Terms”) between you and Advanced Ev Solutions (“Advanced Ev Solutions,” “we,” or “us”), applicable when you use our site/s, app and content provided by Advanced Ev Solutions, globally, in existence now or in the future (“Advanced Ev Solutions Services”).

Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the app. By accessing or using any part of the app, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms & conditions of this agreement, then you should not access the app or use
any services provided by Advanced Ev Solutions
You are free to delete your Advanced Ev account any time, and may do so by informing us. Due to the logistical changes that need to be done, this process is not automated. We do not maintain any backup of sorts of your data. Therefore, once your account is deleted, the data in it may be
permanently unrecoverable, and this includes any account balance which was left in your account at the time of deleting.
Liability
The Electric Vehicle (EV) charging facility is provided by under the name of Advanced EV by Advanced EV Solutions, the chargers are manufactured according to the international standards. Once you register, you may use the Advanced EV smart Android app to charge your EV.
Certain chargers are maintained by third parties and Advanced EV only provides the Advanced EV charging service, know-how and infrastructure. Please note that Advanced EV or any of its subsidiary entities will NOT be liable for any damage caused to any such property, charging unit or the Electric Vehicle or its Parts, during charging or due to the negligence, misuse or misconduct of a user of the EV charging facility. Vehicle user is liable to pay if any damages occurred to the charger or property during the vehicle charging. Charging your vehicle from Advanced EV will be at customers’ own risk.
Users are advised not to proceed charging your EV under lightning and stormy weather conditions. You may always contact Advanced EV Support line on 0112727100, or 0772104988 for any emergency or EV charging related matters.
